Alexander Brühl – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Alexander Brühl has been Managing Director and Senior Partner at Atlas Venture, a leading transatlantic Venture Capital firm, until 2007. Prior to joining Atlas in 1998, Mr Brühl held key management positions in international companies in the ICT sector. Founding two companies himself, he has built a rich network of industry influencers in the United States and Asia. Mr. Brühl is an active board member and management advisor to a number of European technology companies including eZ Systems, Oslo and Datango AG, Berlin.

 

Otto Schily

Mr Otto Schily has been Germany's former Minister of the Interior (ret.) from 1998 until 2005. He is currently Attorney at Law, Managing Director and Shareholder of German Consult GmbH in Berlin, Member of the Advisory Board of Investcorp in London, Member of the Advisory Board of Deloitte & Touche GmbH in Munich as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of SAFE ID Solutions AG.

 

Count Ferdinand von Spiegel

Count von Spiegel has been chairman of the supervisory board of CCR Logistics Systems AG since November 30, 1998. Count Ferdinand von Spiegel was Branch Director Morgan Guaranty Bank in Munich and has been a partner and chief executive of the Mandatus GmbH financial services company, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and in private equity management.
